Experiência negativa: If you are in pain, this clinic will elevate your pain (be prepared for the worst). I had scheduled an appointment last week for the following Wednesday, and I vaguely remember my appointment was at 10 or 10:30. (Since, I received no communication of my appointment). However, when I called at 9 AM, the receptionist said my appointment had been rescheduled to another week and that she was completely booked that day. I would have to wait until the following week for treatment. She informed me that my sister had requested the rescheduling, but my sister had actually requested a new appointment for the next week as well, since we were told that appointments fill up quickly because the doctor is only available two days per week. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the receptionist said I would have to wait and after a long pause, I hung up the phone. When I confirmed with my sister, she showed me proof via WhatsApp that she had requested a new appointment for the following week. When I called the clinic back after 15 minutes, the receptionist to clarify that it was her mistake, because of her miscommunication and she did not prompt me any solution for the mistake she made, she said that I hung up the call after a brief pause and when i asked why didn't she called me back during that 15 mins period then she said its the patient who should call and not the clinics and she also said THE DOCTOR GENERALLY DOESN'T WANT TO SEE PATIENTS LIKE ME (just because I asked for a solution),I am sure that this has happened earlier to some other patients as well and they have left them stranded with pain or more cost to repair the bad job of dentist or else its not possible to utter such words of service from her. Great service though, commendable. Believe me, in my years of visiting clinics, I have never experienced such behavior from a doctor's office, and it could become much worse if you are in severe pain or undergoing treatment. It's the worst nightmare you could ever face due to their lack of accountability. As far as I'm concerned, I will never visit this clinic again because staff are a reflection of management. Just imagine if a treatment goes wrong for some reason - the clinic will not be accommodating for your complaint and will instead hang up on you so that you continue to suffer. This clinic has basically fragmented, non-cooperative functioning, and all of this causes you more pain and additional costs, so be careful. However, Mrs. Olga was great for cleaning services. If you want basic work like cleaning done, she is excellent. However, I doubt the clinic's capabilities in handling complex problems or any other issues.

Experiência fantástica: l wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to the San Antonio Clinic and highly recommend Dr. Andre and his staff. I recently sought treatment there for two failed implants. I had previously gone to a clinic in Spain for implants which ended up being a total failure and a night mare experience. After a few months the crowns fell into my mouth, while I was traveling in the U S. I had to go to a dentist twice to recement the crowns. When I got to Portugal I was lucky enough to find Dr. Andre. He was able to fix the crowns and complete the implant procedure and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Andre is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He explained the issues and the procedure he would need to use in a clear and understandable manner, and he made sure that I was comfortable through the procedure. His office is modern and his staff is welcoming and highly professional. I recently had a cleaning done there as well and found Miss Olga the hygienist to be gentle, kind and very professional. It was the best and probably the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Claudia the assistant and receptionist is also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend St. Antonio Dental.

Experiência fantástica: I contacted the clinic for the emergency service, and they were very willing and helpful; they got me an appointment almost immediately. The service provided was very professional and of high quality. I felt very comfortable the entire time. The team at this clinic is absolutely incredible, and the space is well organized and modern. The location of the clinic is also very convenient, right in the center of Faro. Also, the language competencies of the staff of the clinic are just incredible. I was delighted to find a dental clinic, that is English-speaking. I highly recommend this clinic!
